Delete Your Account

Deleting your TopMyTrip account is a permanent action. Once your request is approved and processed, you will no longer be able to access your account, booking history, saved traveller information, reward points, or any other account-related services.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your TopMyTrip account will be permanently deleted.
• Your login credentials will no longer work.
• Your profile information and saved traveller details will be removed.
• Your saved preferences and account settings will be deleted.
• Marketing emails and promotional notifications will be stopped.
• Unused coupons, cashback, reward points, or promotional benefits may be forfeited.

Information We May Retain

Certain records may be retained for a limited period where required by law, taxation regulations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legitimate business purposes.

• Booking and transaction history
• Payment references (excluding complete card details)
• Tax invoices
• Customer support communications
• Information required under applicable laws

Active Bookings

If you have upcoming or active bookings, we recommend completing your travel or contacting our support team before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your existing bookings.

How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion by either:

• Using the Delete My Account option available in your account settings (if enabled).
• Sending an email from your registered email address to support@topmytrip.com.

Please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
• Reason for deletion (Optional)

Our support team may contact you for identity verification before processing your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days after successful verification.
